My animation summer work came in handy this week. We've been tasked to start on our 1 page music video pitch and part of the criteria was to include 'what skills your company has.' This is when I realised I didn't actually have a company.
From here I started to brainstorm and had a quick idea for a logo, my hair. My giant frizzy black hair is quite iconic between me and my friends and is often referred to as the 'poof' therefore as my company is simply me, I decided this would be a good logo to represent me.
I then started googling some cartoon images of frizzy hair and chose this one to use as a basis.
I then headed to photoshop and turned it into me.
However I then decided I didn't just want a basic logo. I like the picture as a sort of 'top corner of a formal letter' logo but I needed something more for a music video.
After 3 days work and a few name changes, This is JJay Productions company.
